Lynzee Mychael is a writer, entrepreneur, and free spirit from Detroit, MI. Finding her love for writing at the young age of eight, her style has evolved from poems and short stories to music, blogging, screenwriting, and novels. After graduating from Detroit School of Arts in June of 2009, Lynzee began her college career at Wayne State University majoring in Journalism with a Minor in Public Relations. Lynzee has been published in local papers, online magazines, had her own online radio show (Uncensored Statements), and even created LynzeeMychael.com which was used as a platform to express issues and raise conversations amongst her peers of young adults. In 2015 Lynzee started Open Myc Publishing focused on not only publishing her long anticipated novel, but to also assist new writers with a way to get their stories to a bigger audience. When she is not writing Lynzee works with her upcoming women’s empowerment group WonderWomen focusing on helping young women understand their worth and opportunities available with hard work.
